今回ご紹介するのは『おおぼし 松本駅ビル店』さんです。
松本市の本町通周辺が歩行者天国の日のランチに寄らせていただきました。
何も食べずに北海道へ行こうと思ったのですが、やはりお腹が減るだろうと考えた結果ラーメンに行きつきました。
普段の行動パターン(ラーメン好き)はなかなか崩せないものですね。
ランチ少し前の時間帯だったので空いているかなとおもったら意外に店内は8割がた埋まっていました。
私が入店したあとに来たお客さんは外で並んでいました。
タイミングよくてラッキーでした。
カウンター席に案内され、メニューを眺めました。
注文しようかなーとおもっていたラーメンが品切れということで
スタンダードな『ばりこて白』を注文することにしました。
麺は白色で中太麺よりは細いイメージです。
具材はネギ、メンマ、チャーシュー、ナルトです。
背脂たっぷりのスープがおおぼしさんの特徴だと思います。
たまに背脂が入っているラーメンを食べたくなるのですが、松本市には数店舗しか背脂がガッツリ入っているラーメン屋さんが無いので、貴重な店舗ですｗ
スープは背脂が入っていても意外にあっさりしています。
麺をすすっても背脂が一緒に口に運ばれてきます。
苦手な方は苦手ですが、私的には半年に1回食べるくらいがちょうどいいです。
地元でも有名なお店ですので、足を運んでもいいかもしれません。
