創作料理の居酒屋さんです。松本の郊外から移転してきたとご主人に聞きました。
ご飯を中心につまみを少し頂きました。
小さなおでん。わりとあっさり。お通しです。
ツブ貝の山椒味噌和え。海のものだけど味付けが松本らしい。
野菜サラダ。選んだドレッシングはゴマ。野菜の種類が多いです。生だけでなく軽くソテーしたのも入ってます。オリジナル感あって美味しい。食べたのはハーフですが、量がありました。
鴨肉の炙りは量がありました。
カマンベールチーズのたまり醤油漬け。ビールにぴったりでした。
しそ梅水晶のお茶漬け。刻んだサメの軟骨が独特な食感。とても美味しいです。付いてる漬物もいい感じでした。
料理の幅が広くてお値段は控えめ。予約が取りにくいお店になる予感がします。
