The long-awaited 9th, today is “Meat Day” at “Aji no Pork Cutlet”. (Meat Day = 9th, 19th, 29th) This is the day when there is a 30% OFF menu. My friend and I were really looking forward to it. When you first enter the store, your eyes will be drawn to the interior of the store. Fashionable. Different space. The BGM is the sound of a koto. I've never been to such a wonderful "Pork Cutlet restaurant" lol. I was shown to a table in the back (the inside of the store is also spacious) and my friend and I ordered one of the 30% off dishes, ``Thick Sliced Loin Katsuzen, 2,200 yen → 1,540 yen.'' (Another 30% OFF menu is the special fillet cutlet set, 2,420 yen → 1,694 yen) After waiting for about 20 minutes, the Hakuba Pork pork Pork Cutlet, which had a nice appearance, arrived. I was happy to hear the staff clearly explain, ``Please be careful as the sauce cap spills easily,'' and ``You can get refills of cabbage, rice, and miso soup.'' I'll get it right away, but anyway, it's this bright pink color. The type that doesn't peel off the clothes. Sprinkle with the table seasoning, rock salt, and take a first sip of amazing pork flavor. The meat has a strong taste. Of course, the rock salt is delicious, but the staff also explained to me about the light sauce and the koikuchi sauce, so I tried these with Japanese mustard and added just the right amount of each. Ah, rock salt is good, but either of the two sauces is delicious. Also, the meat preparation is perfect. No matter where you eat it, you can bite into it. It's not too fatty and it's really great! The rice is also delicious. The miso soup was pork soup, which was also delicious. The cabbage is also crunchy and goes well with the dressing on the table. The amount of rice was just right. The more you forget to refill, the better your chopsticks will become. I ate it using rock salt and two types of sauce alternately. Personally, I like to eat Pork Cutlet and rock salt alone, but this cutlet is really delicious even if you try each of them. I guess they put a lot of thought into the sauce as well. Just like the meat, I could feel the careful work that went into the sauce. I'm so happy to be able to eat such delicious "Pork Cutlet" in such a nice and stylish space lol After the meal, there was also coffee service. (I had it made into iced coffee) The staff's response from beginning to end was wonderful. And since it's Meat Day, you can get a 30% discount on your bill today. I'm so happy to be able to eat such delicious Pork Cutlet at such a low price. Even when there is no 30% discount, I can't help but come here. It was really delicious. Thank you for the meal.
