このお店のある所、かなり交通量の多いところで、右折進入に苦労することもあり、何度も通過しながら行かずにいたお店、今回、塩尻周辺で用事が立て込んでいたこともあり道すがらで初めての訪問。
店内は思いの他広いのと半個室みたいなブースっぽい造りは今時、奥にはバリアフリーの座敷スペースもあって、赤ちゃん連れのママ連が昼食してました。注文は卓上のタブレットを操作するのえ、お店の人を呼んで伝える手間いらずでズムーズです。
とんかつ系のランチメニューも充実、サラリーマンにも使い勝手いいですね、今回はぶう定食：1,620円なるを注文、端的に言うと豚の生姜焼き定食から生姜をとったような感じ、肉はおおぶりで3枚付け、これに既成の冷凍品の鶏カラが2個載ってます。
いわゆる調理しているのは肉の部分だけ、肉質にちょいと不満もあるもランチならこんなものが、鶏カラはこのクオリティなら付けずにもう少し値段下げて欲しいかな、個人の感覚ですが1620円は高い、出して1,380円と言った感覚を持ちました。
夜は食べ放題焼肉、しゃぶしゃぶはもちろん、しっかり値段取るアラカルトメニューもあるので、しっかり食べて飲んでもそれなりのプライスで済むのではないでしょうか。そういうニーズに応える店ですね。
