信州 中・南信地方 鉄板焼肉 探訪記⑨
長野県の中・南信地方で「鉄板で焼肉定食」が提供される店を探して行きたいと思います。
料理が届いた時のあの「ジュ～ッジュ～ッ」という音、たまりません。
更には、看板メニューに引けを取るせいか、小鉢などの副菜が、充実しているという優れもの。
本来、看板メニューになるべき「鉄板で焼肉定食」。その美味しさとリーズナブルさを伝えていきたいと思います。
今回は、塩尻「焼肉しゃぶしゃぶ ぶう」さん。
ランチは、各種定食(土日もあり)は、とんかつも美味しいです。かつ丼もオススメ。夜は、焼肉・しゃぶしゃぶと幅広いニーズに応えるお店です。
着くのに時間がかかり、13時50分過ぎになってしまいました。(14時ラストオーダーなんです)
でも、女性店員さんが「あと少しでラストオーダーですが、宜しいでしょうか？」と声をかけて下さり、テーブル席へ。
自分は「牛バラカルビ定食 880円」を、すぐさまタブレットでオーダーしようとしていましたが、女性店員さん「ご飯、おかわり出来ますが、最初から、大盛になさいますか？豚汁も、2・3個お持ちしますか？」とラストオーダー間際とは思えないこの親切な対応。(感激!!)もちろん、ご飯は大盛、豚汁も、2杯お願いしました。
この「牛バラカルビ定食」に限っては、お肉の量も、タブレットで変更出来るのも良い点です。(タブレットで「ランチ定食 2」から進むと選べます)
10分程で到着ですが、ジューッジューッ音、凄いです。動画撮ろうと思いましたが、豚汁の、お椀が、2つ並んでいるのは、どうかと思い、逆に見入ってしまいました。ご飯も大盛り。300gはあるかな。
もやし・キャベツ・人参のスライスの他に、ピーマンの千切りも、鉄板にのっていました。(ピーマンが、鉄板焼肉に入るのは珍しいです) その上には、たれのかかった「牛バラカルビ」が鎮座します。10切れ、100ｇといったところです。
こちらのお店は「焼肉・しゃぶしゃぶ」に精通していますから、「牛バラカルビ」と言っても、結構良いお肉なんです。しっかり「牛肉」味わえます。そして、「たれ」も、もちろん、美味しい。この鉄板焼肉の牛に、良く合うたれで、ご飯、ガンガン行けますよ。(300g 多いかと思いきや、もう少し食べられそうな感じでした)
たれは、野菜にまでは、かかり過ぎていないので、お肉と野菜を箸で掴んでご飯にダイブ、もいけます。
豚汁は、具たくさん。豚肉たっぷり。熱々を、一杯、飲み干しても、まだ、もう一杯あるので、安心です。
「牛バラカルビ」で、牛肉を楽しみつつ、豚汁で「豚肉」も、しっかり味わえます。
豚肉で鉄板焼肉を楽しみたい方は「肉野菜炒め定食 1100円」も選べますよ。
もちろん、こちらは「焼肉・しゃぶしゃぶ」の美味しいお店ですが、土日でも楽しめる「鉄板焼肉ランチ」としては、「豚肉」「牛肉」と選べるので、選択肢も広がりますし、何より「リーズナブルなのに、美味しい」というのが最高です!!
会計時、女性店員さんが「急がせて食べて頂いた気がしましたが、大丈夫でしたか？」と心配してくれました。
今時、こんな感じの良いことを仰ってくれるのも、教育が成っているお店だと感心しました。
ラストオーダー手前で入店したにも関わらず、お心遣いと美味しい食事で、心とお腹が満たされました。気持ちの良いランチタイムを過ごせました。また伺いますね。ごちそうさまでした。
