昔から一度やってみたかったんです。東京から名古屋を在来線特急「あずさ」→「しなの」を乗り継いで帰る。。。
東海道新幹線と違って、山あいを抜けまくる景色。新幹線よりもビジネスマンが少なくてのんびりした雰囲気。
そこかしこでビールとスルメのかほりがします。。。
塩尻は乗り継ぎの駅。おもしろいもので、それほど乗り継ぎの利便性は考慮されておらず、ご飯を食べるくらいの時間が空きました。せっかくなので駅前をほんの少し歩いて、こちらのお店を訪問。
■せいろそば二枚（１０００円）
どことなく透明感を感じさせるそば。テカリがスバラシイ。
割と細目の蕎麦は、最初の一口を何もつけないでいただく。しゃっきりした歯ごたえがよい。数度咀嚼すると今度は鼻にそばのよい香りが。。。なかなかにおいしい。
つけつゆも塩気よりも香りのほうが引き立っていて、でもそばのかおりを打ち消すほどでもなく、おいしかった。
