塩尻駅で12:37〜14:08までの31分の乗り換え時間を使い昼食。
駅改札出たすぐ左にある駅そば「そば処 桔梗」を横目に、東口エレベーター降りて地上へ降りた目の前にある喫茶店「あかい靴」もスルーして、目的の「知春」へ入店。
店内、カウンターと座敷があり、それぞれまばらに先客がおり、食後の膳が片付いてない席もパラパラありました。
メニューは冷たいそば/うどん、一品料理、揚げ物など色々あるなか、せいろそば1100円、山賊焼き1,000円でも良かったのだが、欲を出してしまい、わさびそば 1,200円を注文。
冷たい汁にわさびの辛さが効いたサッパリしたお蕎麦なので暑い夏にピッタリでした。
ちなみに蕎麦はそうめんのように細くてビックリしました。
支払いはPayPay利用できました。
ちなみに乗り換えたかった電車には間に合いませんでした…
この店はお酒やおつまみも充実していましたし、店員も穏やかな方々で、ゆっくり仲間数人で呑み食いするようなお店でした。
30分の乗換時間で食べるなら「そば処 桔梗」に入った方が良いです（笑）
