ぶりかま焼きがメニューにあったため、それを注文。
ただし、焼き魚は要予約とのことなので注意。
焼き具合と味が格別で、他のどのお店よりも美味い。そんな印象を持ちました。
この店はそば屋とのことだが、焼き魚、揚げ物が本当に美味しい。
ザルそば定食に付いてきた揚げ物もソースの加減がちょうど良く、味付けも何の非の打ち所がない。
支払いはPayPayが使えます。
塩尻駅前ですが、駐車場完備です。
