◆ Rista Sanzoku Curry 880 yen I visit Shiojiri on an irregular basis, but I went to a long-awaited Indian Curry restaurant that reopened in November. What I wanted to eat was this Sanzoku curry!! Speaking of Shiojiri, Sanzoku-yaki is famous, but this is a dream collaboration with Indian Curry ♪ Sanzoku-yaki is fried crispy with a good seasoning. If it wasn't for the curry and saffron rice, I would definitely want to drink beer (lol) The curry was keema. I asked for the spiciness to be super spicy, which can be chosen from several levels, but they brought me a separate super spicy sauce. The curry itself was mildly spicy, but it was nice to be able to adjust it to my liking♪ I've eaten at quite a few restaurants in Shiojiri, but this is one of the few that I'll revisit!!
