創作信州そば3種をご堪能ください。
挽きたて打ちたて茹でたての『丸抜き信州ひすいそば』はは薄緑色で甘く、モチモチ食感の喉ごしの良い御蕎麦です。『玄挽き信州そば』は殻付きのまま石臼で挽いているので、黒っぽく、雑味も加わり、深みのあるおそばです。最後に『粗挽き縄文蕎麦』山の幸？をつなぎに、超粗挽きの粉を５０％も加えています。そばのつぶつぶが見える新食感のおそばです。是非ご賞味ください。 |
塩尻からサラダ街道に入って少々。
市街北西の野菜畑の多い丘の上です。
お店は比較的新しいようです。
入ってカウンター、奥に座敷があります。
信州ひすいそばという珍しい蕎麦があったので
それを注文しました。
塩尻で開発された新種の蕎麦だそうです。
盛りは大、中、小から選べます。
蕎麦はひすいを名乗るだけあってきれいな薄い緑色。
打ち立ての手打ちだけあって蕎麦のコシはまずまず。
香りはもう少しあるといいな～。
色優先ということで、中心のいい場所を主に使って
蕎麦粉に挽いているからかもしれませんが。
信州でも多分このあたりでしか食べられない珍しい蕎麦です。
夜は居酒屋メニューも多いようです。
場合によってはジビエもありそう。
