the other day. I visited Shioji Restore, which I had heard about from a friend, and had lunch there. In terms of location, it's close to Shiojiri Station on Shiojiri Daimon Dori. If you go a little west from the Shiojiri Municipal Parking Lot in front of Enpark, you'll find it near the Kato Koi store. I think it was about a 5-6 minute walk from Shiojiri Station towards Daimon. I don't think there is a parking lot. There were both counters and tables inside the store. The atmosphere felt like Western Cuisine restaurant. We met at the entrance with a sign saying ``lunch'', and the main course was beef belly stewed in red wine, and the side menus were amberjack carpaccio and tilefish poiret.They all seemed like main dishes, so I was wondering if I would choose one of them. However, there seemed to be only one type of lunch instead of several to choose from, so I was able to eat everything that was listed. For lunch, this restaurant seems to offer the recommended items of the day on a daily basis. The lunch menu is 1450 yen. Dessert and drinks may also be included, so I personally think that CP is quite good considering the content of the meal. The dinner menu probably depends on the occasion, but it seemed like there was a menu with snacks, appetizers, meals, hand-made Chinese noodles, etc., without sticking to any particular genre. Of course, you can also drink alcohol at night. Regarding the taste, after having lunch, I thought that the food prepared by the host was quite delicious and had a deep flavor. I don't know what to say, it feels like they pay attention to every detail, and they don't skimp on even the smallest details. It's been a while since I've met a chef who can produce this much flavor. I think the seasoning of the food is similar to Western Cuisine. It feels like you can enjoy professionally prepared food in a homely atmosphere. Also, the drinks and desserts that my wife makes are quite delicious in my opinion, and this time I had lemonade, which had a deep bitterness that I think made it an enjoyable drink. I think 1450 yen for lunch is cheap in the sense that you can enjoy a delicious meal slowly, and I feel that it may be okay for everyday use if you want to eat the food at this restaurant. .
