軽井沢駅より徒歩15分。
軽井沢本通り沿いにあります「榮林 軽井沢店」さんへ訪問です。
昭和３１年創業。東京赤坂本店に軽井沢店が誕生日した中華料理店「榮林（えいりん）」さん。
※赤坂本店は令和４年に神楽坂へ移転。
榮林 軽井沢店の建物は、軽井沢町で歴史的な価値を持つ建造物などを認定する"軽井沢町ブルー・プラーク制度"に2019年に認定されており、丸太に栗の木に欅の木に杉の木を組み合わせたログハウス調の造りが特徴的で軽井沢の街にひっそりと溶け込んでいます。
そして榮林さんは
「元祖酸辣湯麺（スーラータンメン）」のお店としても知られていて、昭和48年ごろに厨房で賄い料理人が提供したことがきっかけで正式メニューになり、しだいに全国に広まりました。
ちなみに"サンラータンメン"と"スーラータンメン"は漢字で書くと同じ「酸辣湯麺」です。同じ料理で呼び方が違うだけです。

️杏仁豆腐 682円
トロトロの玉子餡に絡むコシのある細麺がよく合いますねー！
辣油と酢の辛さと酸味が絶妙なバランスで、
酸辣湯麺の中でも上品で優しい味付けがGOODです。
そして麺が止まらなく
冷え込んできた軽井沢でも汗が出てくるぐらい
ポカポカに身体が暖まります。
最後の一滴まで美味しくいただきました。
テーブルにある胡椒、辣油、酢はお好みで追加してください。
