今回ゴルフの帰りに温泉に入りたいと思い星野温泉とんぼの湯ノワドゥブール行きリフレッシュ。
その後緑あふれる渓流沿いの散歩道をマイナスイオンを浴びながら散策しハレニレテラスの丸山珈琲店で試飲をして限定コーヒーを土産に買い計画してたこちらに１８時過ぎに来て記帳。
待つこと1時間で入店できました。
その間19時には受付締切となり間に合ってよかった。
軽井沢には年に何回かは来るのですが気にはなっていたけどこちらには来店する機会がなく初めてとなりました。
口コミを参考に300gのリブロースステーキと120gのフィレステーキ、スピナッチのポパイサラダとガーリックライスを注文しました。
ポパイサラダは2人でシュアするに充分の量です。
サラダが食べ終わる頃、ステーキがタイミングよく出てきました。
ジュウジュウに熱せられた鉄板でサーブされステーキソースは醤油ベースと味噌ベースに２種類出てきます。
味噌ベースを勧められ、ジュウジュウ言っている熱いうちにソースをかけるように促され味噌ベースをジュワッとかけます。
リブロースは歯応え、肉の旨み、脂まで美味しく最高です。また味噌ベースのステーキソースも美味しく今まで経験したことない味でこの組み合わせがお勧め通りに最高に美味しい。
あーなんで今まで食べにこなかったのだろうと後悔しました。
これからは軽井沢に来たら必ずきます。
いや、これを食べるための軽井沢にまた来ます。
