軽井沢で肉関係以外を含めても、たぶん一番混んでる店といえるのではないかというステーキの人気店。さすがにシーズンオフの平日の開店時間に行けば大丈夫だろうと、タカをくくって行ったが、それでも名前を書いて３０分以上待合室で待ち。シーズンであれば、当然こんなもんでは済まない。
外装や店内も全てアメリカン調。頼むメニューは決めていて、ポパイサラダ、赤唐辛子とニンニクのスープ、カウボーイステーキ200gミディアムレア、ガーリックライス。以前はステーキは3〜400gはペロッと食べたが、最近は200gを食べれば充分。ステーキには信州味噌を使った自家製味噌ソースがぴったり。柔らかいステーキで美味い。ガーリックライスは鉄板で残ったステーキやもやしと混ぜながら食べると美味しいとアドバイスされ良し。最初に食べたサラダとスープもＧＯＯＤ。
雰囲気やメニュー、コスパも良いので、リピーター、観光客、インバウンド、皆んな並んで食べても満足の様子。ご馳走さま。
