Since the hormone shop I was looking for in Nakakaruizawa was closed, I went to the nearby Rogu-tei Honten, which was my second choice, to eat Yakiniku (Grilled meat). Hmm, this store is tough. From the time I entered the restaurant until the time the meat came out, it was probably a reaction to my high expectations due to the log house having a nice atmosphere, but the meat was not delicious. Meat that claims to be of Wagyu type is generally priced from 2,500 yen, while meat that appears to be imported is priced from 1,000 yen. From the wagyu beef, I ordered skirt steak, and other than that, I ordered the Rogutei Kalbi, which is named after the front of the restaurant, and the unusually named Dekkarnoski, and the tan, which I decided on after much deliberation. Everything except the barley black top loin came out in a frozen state, and I was depressed at this stage. Wagyu beef top skirt steak costs 2,750 yen! ! The sauce didn't really suit me, and the dipping sauce was very similar to the famous commercially available Yakiniku (Grilled meat) sauce. The restaurant itself runs a cottage, and it seems that you can enjoy BBQ there, so if you think of it as BBQ, it might be a decent experience, but I came here to eat `` Yakiniku (Grilled meat)'' as Yakiniku (Grilled meat). If you're going to rate it, it's bound to be bad because of the sad meat and sad sauce. It's not that it's bad because it's frozen, but most of the meat itself is quite lean (other than Wagyu top skirt steak), and since it's baked while still frozen, it becomes very dry and doesn't increase overall satisfaction. . I've been eating Yakiniku (Grilled meat) all over Japan, but this was a sad Yakiniku (Grilled meat) that I rarely come across. I have put together more details on my blog, so if you want to know more about sadness, please read my blog `` Yakiniku (Grilled meat) Encyclopedia.''
