The set is okay. A la carte is not cost effective. I think the 2200 yen domestically produced short ribs is still better. For less than 2,000 yen, Korikoritan is not as good as expected. The upper tongue is smooth and not too proteiny. Except for the domestic beef, the a la carte meat is on the same level as Gyukaku. Domestic beef is expensive and cost-effective.
