When my family visited Karuizawa, I wanted to go to Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) rather than a fancy restaurant for tourists, but there weren't many. In such a situation, I discovered this place, but the number of stores was low. However, there are not many tourist reviews and local reviews are reliable, so I decided to visit. To be honest, at first I thought the staff was not very friendly, but once I talked to her, she seemed like a very attentive landlady, and I was able to get a lot of information about the local area, which was fun. It seems that customers from outside the prefecture can easily recognize them, so they may have thought they were unpleasant customers. . I mainly ordered the following specialties: ○ Specialty Tandan noodles ○ Soy sauce Ramen ○ Hormone Teppanyaki ○ Papa Steak ○ Whole sweet tomato from Karuizawa ○ Seared cucumber Hormone Teppanyaki seems to use Shimonita pork from Gunma prefecture, so whether it's really delicious or not is up to you.
