Kitchen Papa was only open at night, so I was always worried about the amount of people coming and going. There is a large parking lot behind the store. From the name, I thought it was a Western Cuisine restaurant! ︎LOL The inside of the store is an Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) with tatami seats! ️ It's quite spacious and there are quite a few customers, but the food comes out quickly without you having to wait that long ◡̈⃝︎⋆︎* The portions are large for Karuizawa. Please be careful about how much you ask and don't ask for too much from the beginning! The last thing to do here is to eat Ramen (Tantanmen), but even though it's hot, there's no air conditioning, and the windows are wide open, so it gets quite hot inside, and you'll end up sweating while Ramen. Lol lol If you don't like grilled hormones, go for it! It's quite a bit, but it's delicious! So, it's definitely a local Izakaya (Japanese-style bar).
