Karuizawa Wine Club Bordeaux
The wine party is held almost every month, and this time a new chef has been appointed, so I'm looking forward to the food. Please refer to the image for course content. First of all, my impressions of the food are excellent. From the appetizers to the main course, there was nothing fancy about it, just classic dishes, and both the sea bream and wagyu beef were delicious. The conte after the meal was also a good combination. The wine pairings were wonderful, and there were five types to go with the food, but the d'Armayac and Coutet were especially wonderful.

軽井沢ワイン倶楽部
軽井沢のザ・プリンスで定期的に開催さ
れるワイン会に参加した。
毎回違うテーマで今回はアルザス・ドイツ
で食事に合わせペアリングしてくれる。
コース内容は以下の通り。
１、とうもろこしのブリュレ
２、金目鯛のマリネとエビのフリット
３、スズキとフヌイユの蒸し焼き
４、豚ロース・ソーセージ
５、フロマージュ
5種の料理に6種のワインが出た。
料理はどれもとても美味しく合わせた
ワインも素晴らしいものだった。
このチェーンホテルの料理について
はあまり良い印象は無かったが今回
とても感銘を受けた。
