I thought there was no place to eat Shanghai crab in the Toshin area, but surprisingly there was crab nearby. As I was drooling while looking at this restaurant's website, I received an invitation completely by chance, and was delighted and went out. The course is 18,000 yen and all dishes include crab. Bring your own wine. The Shanghai crab I haven't had in a long time has a deep flavor, and the miso flavor is full of flavor. Very satisfied.
改装後見違えるよう
前回来たのが3年前、改装前で体育館の
ような内装とお粗末な料理に閉口した。
今回改装後初訪問。ロビーもホテルらし
くなり、店内に入ってびっくり、以前の
面影は全くないホテルのレストランに
なっている。
スタッフ、内装、料理の器など全てが
リニューアルされている。本来ホテルの
レストランが提供すべき内容が全て
備わっていた。
6人で訪問してコースと持ち込みの
ワインと店の酒も頼んで料理と共に
堪能した。
コースの内容はフカヒレの他アワビが
多用されていた。味は無難な日本の
ホテルの中華と言う感じでそれなりに
満足できた。
以前の悪印象は払拭。
やっぱチープ
JR北陸新幹線軽井沢駅より徒歩5分にある中華。
プリンスホテル・ウエスト内にある。
台風によりプリンスに避難。夕食にこの店を
選び18:30に到着。プリンスのウエストは建物
全体が大きな公共体育施設のような感じでホテル
の高級感はまるでない。
店はホテル内の奥まった地下にある。
店内は巨大なスペース、客もそれなりに入り盛況
だが、これがホテルの中華かと疑うような内装。
2人でアラカルトもなんなのでコースかなーと。
深く考えることもなく7500円の秋の味覚にする。
コースの内容はここに書くのも面倒なくらい
寂しいもので、この値段取って鶏とシャケかよと。
もちろん何かを期待して来たわけではないが
全く予想通り。サービスもありえないほど遠慮
気味（笑） まず人がいないし必死で呼ばないと
こない。
一番驚いたのが料理を運ぶ時に皿の上にかける
カバーが塩ビ製のスーパーなんかでよく見るアレ。
ホテルでこれはないでしょと呆れた。

This was my first Chinese restaurant this year. I will choose the course called Lihaku which costs 14,000 yen. Bring your own wine. The course consisted of 5 appetizers, shark fin soup, beef fillet, crab, and other all-stars, and the soup soba noodles to finish off were very delicious. It was a very satisfying course.
