軽井沢旅行で友人とロンギングハウス内にあるレストランを訪問。
見た目がとても素敵なホテル。
こちらのレストランも店内がとても素敵でした。
宿泊客もこちらでお食事が出来て窓からは外がライトアップされてとても幻想的。
お食事は4皿コースディナー/ウイークディナーを予約。
一皿目は、厳選された各地の新鮮野菜のサラダは根菜や葉野菜が色とりどりにあり味付けも美味しく、味変できるドレッシングも付いてきていましたが、私はかけないで食べました。
二皿目は、お野菜グリルでこちらもビーツやポテトを手を加えてきれいに盛り付けてありとても美味しく付属のパンでしっかりソースまで食べました。
三皿目は、豚肉のカツレツ、カツレツの上には豆乳チーズがかかっていて言われなければチーズだと思うほど濃厚な豆乳チーズ。カツもサクッとしていて肉の甘味も感じられとても美味しかったです。
四皿目は玉ねぎのシフォンケーキでした。
食べたときは玉ねぎ感はないのに、食べ勧めていくとほのかに感じる美味しいシフォンケーキ。
こちらにも豆乳でできたクリームとルバーブジャムがついていて美味しかったです。
全体を通して料理の量も少し満腹にはやはりなりましたがとてもいいディナーとなりました。
