軽井沢別荘族の朝食はなかなか難しいです。
早朝から営業のパン屋の行列に並んだり
予約できない人気レストランの行列に早朝から並んだり
こじんまりしたお店の人気店の予約を数週間前から
一生懸命とってみたりとなかなか苦労します。
こちらのお店は軽井沢では数少ない
朝食をWEBで予約できるという手軽さにひかれて
前日に予約して訪問。
メインの一品を3種類の中から選び、
後はサラダ中心のバイキングスタイル。
パンは別でついてきます。
メインはこちらの3種類
信州サーモンと野菜のキッシュ
グリーンミートの和風カレー
豆乳フレンチトースト
パンがついてくるのに
フレンチトーストとかキッシュとか
多少かぶる感じがします。
せっかく米もおいしいのに、ごはんのおかず、
パンとあわせるおかずとなるようなものがほとんどなく、
味噌汁にいたってはフリーズドライのものにお湯を入れて
自分でもどすスタイルです。
バイキングも野菜を売りにしているので
期待していましたが
蒸したジャガイモと
ラタトゥイユの2種類だけ、
温かいメニューはこの２種類に加え
ウインナーとスクランブルエッグ、以上のみです。
サラダの野菜も長崎産など県外産野菜も目立ち
せっかくなんで県産野菜を増やして欲しいのと
野菜料理の種類ももう少し欲しいです。
併設するホテルの宿泊者が訪れるレストランと
見た方がよさそうで、
外来利用ではこの朝食が3500円の価値と見合うかは
慎重な判断が必要そうです。
外来利用を許すホテルの朝食とよく比較して訪れることを
おススメします。
そもそも野菜が嫌いな私がこのお店を語って良いかは
微妙なところですが。
