中軽井沢エリア、塩沢にあるパイファクトリー『RollingPin』。
アメリカンな外観。
青がブランドカラーみたいで、建物には青、
内装は水色が施されています。
一軒家だから、広々として素敵です。
窓から見えるお庭にはお店のミニチュアがおいてあったので
是非、チェックして！
パイのラインナップは、ショコラやチェリーなど。
一番人気の「バナナクリームパイ」を選びました。
たっぷりクリームです。
そして、バナナも大きい。
オーナーシェフは、このフルーツが決め手で
東京から軽井沢に移転したのだそうです。
軽井沢の方が美味しいフルーツが手に入るんですって。
クリームというよりは、プリンの様で甘さが絶妙です。
甘くないわけじゃないんだけど、くどさは無いし、
後味が良いのかなぁ。
そしてコーヒーも美味。
パイとの相性を考えたんでしょうか。
あっ、食器も青がアクセントですね。
軽井沢バイパス沿いなので、車の方は立ち寄り易いと思います。
