信州伝統の食材を扱う和食レストラン
特産の味噌・醤油・豆や旬野菜を使った一品料理を肴にワイン・ビールや地酒が楽しめます。お酒の締めには、銅鍋で炊いたふっくらこだわりご飯と信州味噌の味噌汁が人気。ジャズの流れる店内でごゆっくりお寛ぎください。 |
旧軽井沢でランチ。洋食の名店も多い軽井沢ですが、今回はひとり旅のランチ。
気軽に入れそうな貴店へ。
店内はこじんまりした感じ。
セットにはご飯、味噌汁、お漬物がついていて、銅鍋炊きのご飯はおかわり自由。
私は「信州味噌のさばの味噌煮」をチョイス。
さばの味噌煮は3切れあり、身もホクホク。付け合せの茄子も味噌味が染み込んでてご飯がススムくん。
漬物は野沢菜。キャベツとしめじを茹でた小鉢みたいなのも付いてました。
味噌味は白味噌で具は豆腐、わかめ、エノキと具だくさん。ただちょっとしょっぱかったかな。
メニューも豊富で長野名物の山賊揚げなどの肉系もありました。
向かい側にお出汁などの物販店もあります。
