軽井沢で美味しいレストランを開拓したい…
そう思いながら、軽井沢本大通りを歩いていると
可愛い外観のカフェが！
オープンテラスになっていて、ワンちゃんも一緒に
お食事しているテーブルもあり、雰囲気よし◎
早速入ろうと思いましたが店内満席…
ですが、少し待ったら入れました！
ランチメニューを眺めると、おすすめは
コンヴェルサオリジナルカレーとのこと。
こちらをさっそくオーダーしました。
これが大正解！
メニューに写真を載せたらもっとオーダーする人が
増えるんじゃないかと思うんですが
ほろほろに柔らかく煮込まれたお肉が贅沢にごろごろ！
ライスもフライドオニオンやパセリが乗って
華やかに盛り付けられていて見た目も良い♪
半熟たまごも添えられていて大満足です。
ココナッツミルクカレーとのことで
カレー自体は辛すぎず、お肉の旨味と相まって
ルーがとろっと濃厚。近所にあったら通いたい。
家族はBLTサンドをオーダーしましたが
こちらもボリューム満点で美味しかったそうです。
サンドイッチも美味しそうですが
次きた時も私はカレーをオーダーしようと思います。
