軽井沢駅から徒歩5分程度の場所にあるConversaさんにランチにて伺わせていただきました！
ご夫妻で営まわれており、軽井沢でオープンし10年目だそうです。
軽井沢は、冬季期間はお休みのお店も多い中、営業されていてありがたいです。

肉の素材を活かしたしっかり丁寧に作られたハッシュドビーフと本格派アイスコーヒーはどちらも美味しかったです♪
夜はワインをメインとしたカジュアルダイニングとのことで、メニューも豊富で次回は夜に伺わせていただきたいです。
