旧軽井沢の通りで心そそられるチーズのお店。
近くにある「アトリエ・ド・フロマージュ」のチーズ販売店のようです。
店内には、何やら賞を取ったらしいチーズが並んでます。
レジの横で売っているのが、チーズ屋さんのソフトクリーム。
チーズケーキのソフトクリーム版みたいな味を想像しましたが、チーズ感はやや奥まったところにいて、甘さ控えめな上品なソフトクリーム。
分かりやすい「チーズケーキのソフトクリームだ～！」というイメージを最初に抱いていただけに意外な味。
でも、甘さの奥に感じるチーズのコク・・・
