私が他県にいらっしゃる友人、知人に自信をもってお贈りできるものの一つが、アトリエ・ド・フロマージュの品々です。
そういう私もしばらくいただいていませんでしたので、軽井沢に出掛けた際にプリンやチーズなどを買って帰りました。
プリンは、濃厚ながらなめらかでクリームチーズのような味わいです。
食べ進めると下層には上のクリームチーズの層とは異なる食感でオーソドクスな感じのプリンが敷き詰められていて、味の変化が楽しめます。
ティラミスは、マスカルポーネチーズが専門店らしい美味しさに加え、途中の層に入っているチョコレートの食感や、コーヒーの深みのある味わいがよい仕上がりです。
スティックチーズケーキはヨーグルトのような味わいで、ハッとする酸味のあと華やかな甘みのあと、最後にバナナの雰囲気の後味があります。
ブルーチーズは、ワインと一緒にいただくと青カビの香気はそのままに、刺激と渋味は穏やかでミルクの脂分がこってりで、どちらかがなくなるまで止まらない組み合わせです。
