軽井沢のハルニレテラスにあるハーベストさんに訪問しました。何度も通っている大好きなお店です。
◾️雰囲気
ハルニレテラスの中にあり、入り口を入るとチーズやヨーグルト、焼き菓子などが並べられていて、正面にジェラートのケースが見えます。左奥がイートインスペースになっており、中でジェラートを食べることが可能です。
◾️スイーツ
お持ち帰りで飲むヨーグルトと、
ジェラートのトリプル650円を注文し、下記のフレーバーを選択しました。基本ミルクは固定でそのほかは日替わりだそうです。

ミルクは甘さがかなり控えめでリッチなミルク感を味わえる仕上がりで、最初にミルクのコクや自然な甘さを感じた後、心地よい余韻だけを残して、口の中からすっと消えていきます。めちゃくちゃ素材が良いですね。
ミルクティーはアールグレイかな？紅茶の茶葉の力強い味わいを感じ、正直いままでで食べたミルクティーのジェラートの中でダントツに美味しかったです。
りんごのそるべはりんごをそのまますりおろした感じで、りんごの甘さと酸味のバランスがよく、後味がスッキリします。
お値段はしますが、素材がすごくよいのでむしろコスパが良いなと感じました。
軽井沢で絶品ジェラートを食べたいならイチオシのお店です。
