スキーの後、今日の宿は素泊まりなのでこちらに17:30のオープンとともに入店。軽井沢に来たらここは定番。
5人で特製ラーメン×3、鶏そば、柚子塩ラーメンをオーダー。鶏そばはごまかしの効かない塩味、あっさりかつコクを感じる。柚子塩は柚子丸ごと一個分、というだけあって香り高く、冬の寒さにピッタリ！
特製ラーメンは分厚い炙りチャーシュー、柔らかい自家製メンマが甘めの醤油スープにバッチリ合う！
このチャーシューの量でこの値段は特製が一番リーズナブルさを感じる。
唐揚げも頼みたかったけれど満腹で断念。
店内にワインセラーがあったり他のメニューをみても、料理にも素材にも至る所にこだわりを感じる。かと言って、「こだわり店主」によくある堅物さはない。（年始につき営業の問い合わせで電話したところ時間外で出られなかったが、後ほどわざわざ折り返しをくれました）
地元の人にも愛されている様子で「今年もよろしくお願いしますねー」などホール担当のお母さん(?)が他客に挨拶されていました。
居酒屋としても行きたいなぁ〜
