ラーメンと半チャーハン(¥1,000)

元々は銀座発祥のお店。
今は東京にはないようですが、味は当時を引き継いでいるんだろうなぁと思わされる素晴らしい味です。
ラーメンと半チャーハンのセットを注文。平打ち麺に変更お願いしました。平打ちといっても、きしめんのような麺ではなく、細麺よりは太いものの、そこまで平打ち感はありません。鶏そばの細麺も頂きましたが、個人的には平打ち麺の方が好きでしたが、どちらも美味しいです。スープもしっかり出汁が効いて、飲みやすい。正統派の醤油ラーメン。チャーハンは普通でしたが、セットとしては満足でした。
基本的な味付けが良いので、恐らく、夜メニューも美味しいんだろうなと思います。
