長野なのに蕎麦食べてなかった。
とはいえ繁華街まで戻る気力はなく検索～
この日のお店は本来は定休日らしい。やってなかったらそのまま帰るつもりで開店前に到着すると果たして仕込み中だった♪記名し近くのスーパーで時間潰しして訪問。
【鴨汁ざる】
細目のきれいな蕎麦。汁は出汁の旨みがしっかり、肉厚もっちりの鴨肉と鶏つくね入り。久々の出汁感にほっとします。鴨汁の深い味わいからするともう一方の田舎蕎麦のほうでも合いそう（田舎蕎麦は太打ち黒い蕎麦）。蕎麦湯はとろり白濁。鴨肉が美味しかったので単品メニューから何品か追加したい気分だったが行列ができ始めたので先を急いだ。
