軽井沢方面からは国道18号で追分入口から県道137号をひたすら道なりに児玉東交差点の左側にあります。
土日などピーク時では11時の開店前から並びます。
そばの締め方は秀逸で少し硬めであるがのどごしよくすすれます。
天ぷらの揚げかたは注文が入る度に衣を作り、油切れもよくサクサクした食感が味わえます。
鴨せいろはたっぷり目の汁で出てきて、鴨汁とネギそれとアクセントの生姜の味が織りなすハーモニーが絶妙です、
軽井沢近辺そば屋がひしめき合ってますが、ココがそば通が唸る店になり得ると思います。
