今回は東京から車で3時間ほど所にあるお蕎麦屋さん『浅間 扇』さんへお邪魔しました。こちらのお店は軽井沢からは少し離れているのですが「蕎麦食いてー」ってことでうまそうな店を検索。 がほとんどが「長野市付近 (車で1時間半ほど)」それはしんどいってことである程度近場で僕のセンサーに引っかかったのがこの「浅間 翁」さん。 実はこのチョイスが… --本日いただいたお食事-------------- ・田舎そば (大盛り) ・鴨ざる ・天ぷら盛り合わせ 計 3,500円程 1人 … 1,200円くらい -----------------------------------

店内 … 満席 待ち … 5組ほど 待ち時間 … 20分 ※ 軽井沢から外れてますが人気店です ※ 平日でもこれくらい待ちます ※ 現在は11:00~14:00での営業とのこと ※ 閉店時間にご注意下さい ------------------------ さて結論から言うとこのチョイスは大当たりでした。 何より写真を見て分かる通り、この分量でこの値段です。控えめに言ってコスパが良すぎます。 では肝心なお味はとい言うとこちらもめちゃくちゃ美味しいです。 特に「塩」で食べた時に蕎麦本来の美味しさが伝わってきました。「田舎蕎麦」は粗挽きの中太麺のため香りと食感がすごく立っている印象。 それに対し「ざるそば」は喉越しが非常にすっきりしておりツルツルと軽さを楽しむイメージ。ともにクオリティーがとても高かったです。 中でも感動したのが『出汁』です。 蕎麦つゆはもちろんなのですが「天つゆ」の出汁が最高でした。是非ご来店の際はこの天ぷらそして天つゆも楽しんでみて下さい！！ 美味しいお蕎麦をご馳走さまでした！
