爽やかな秋晴れの軽井沢に。
浅間山には雲ひとつなく、秋の青い空に、
その稜線がくっきりと浮かび上がって、
すがすがしい風景です。
車で20分ほどのこちらへ。
かなりの人気店で、夏の繁忙期には1時間待ち
だったらしいです。
予約はできないので、ひたすら待つしかありません。
この日は、運よく、3組待ち。
入り口付近に、蕎麦打ちの小部屋があり、
ガラス貼りなので、中が見えます。
石臼も設置してあり、用具が清潔に整えられ、
このお店の姿勢が垣間見え、
いただく前から、良店であることがわかります。
店内は、大きめのテーブル席とお座敷。
ゆったりとお食事ができます。
入り口には 「調理は一人で行っております。
時間のかかる店です。何卒ご容赦ください。」
と、貼り紙が。
しかし、それほど待つこともなく、
スムーズでした。
サービスも腰が低く、穏やかな物腰を感じます。
この日は、
つけとろろ 1100円を
いただきました。
冷温のほか、一品料理もあります。
美しい仕上げで、蕎麦の風味がとてもいいです。
随所に細やかさを感じます。
最後に、蕎麦湯を。
