平日昼どき、入店まで30分ほど。
客層はツーリストグループが多い印象。お一人様では入りづらいかもしれません。
腕利きの職人が仕立てる蕎麦は、さすがと唸る。
それまでは蕎麦はとにかく粗びきで蕎麦の強い風味が何よりも好み。
がこちらの蕎麦は喉越しよくツユと絡んでぱあーっと風味が広がる。
いままでの価値観が変わった印象に残る蕎麦に出会えた。
