中軽井沢駅前にあるラーメン屋さん。
やった列がない！っと思ったのはぬか喜び。
店内入口側に広い待合スペース（飲食スペースより広いかも！？）があり、そこにたくさんの人が待っていました。
あってりってどんな意味だろうと思ったら、「あっさり」＋「こってり」だそうです。同じものを「こっさり」と呼んでいたので、違和感が拭えません。おすすめは醤油らしいのでそれを注文しました。
席について注文と同時に会計します。
しばらくすると、陶器でできた器に入ったラーメンが着丼。
一緒に運ばれてきた箸袋は、折り紙を一枚一枚手作りで折ったようです。
中太ストレート麺。
海苔に重ねるように入っているチャーシューが特徴です。
きれいに弧を描いていました。
醤油味ですが、煮干しの風味がたっぷり出ています。
メニューの４番目に”煮干し”というのがあったけど、それだったらどんな味なんだろう。
