軽井沢本通りの軽井沢ニューアートミュージアム
に併設のイタリアンリストランテ。
軽井沢本通りに面して車や観光客が目の前を
通り過ぎて行くテラス席に座りランチをいた
だく。3種あるランチセットの中から、Verde
1600円をチョイス。手打ちパスタを選択した
ので300円アップ。
爽やかな高原の風が気持ち良いのでワインを
一緒に。まだシーズン前なので車も人も少ない。
前菜は鴨など4種でワインのあてにぴったり。
メインのパスタは12種の野菜を使用した
ラグーソースのオレキエッテ。これはニョッキ
に似た楕円形のパスタで歯応えが楽しい。
野菜の滋味が溶け込んだラグーはフレッシュ
感のある味わい。
連れが注文した信州サーモンと緑野菜の
クリームソースもサーモンがたっぷり入った
チーズの効いたクリームソース。道を歩く
中学生が「美味しそう！」という。さらに
見せびらかせて食べる。
食後にはアイスティーでさっぱりして
満足して店を出る。
