軽井沢役場そば。中軽井沢駅からは徒歩10分程度。車でいくと駐車場は10台分あるのですが、席数に比べて駐車できる台数が少ないので混雑する時間は避けたほうが無難。ジャンル的には関東料理で味的には薄味中心で、酢豚でさえも優しい味わい。
軽井沢にある中華といえば「榮林」「希須林」などがパっと思いつきますが、こちらは東京本店の軽井沢支店。一品香（イッピンシャン）は地元に根付いた昔ながらの中華食堂として、旧軽井沢「萬里」とならび地元民を中心に別荘族などにも重宝されているお店。
2015年7月に移転してから時間はたっていますが店内は綺麗。天井も高く、開放感があります。コロナ中の昼過ぎ13:30に伺ったにもかかわらず店内は満席でした。たまたまあいていた入り口左奥の12名は座れるであろう個室に案内されました。
遅めの昼で空腹だったのでスープ、ライスがついたサービスランチ1200円を注文。酢豚もピリ辛老酒ソース炒めもあっさり、量は少なめでペロリといけました。
