旧軽井沢のチャーチストリート２階にあるイタリアンに伺いました。
休日正午近くとあり多少の並びは覚悟で伺うと先客は３組と思ったよりも少ない並びでした。
が、スタッフ数が少ないため席は空いているものの案内されない時間が長く続き、ちょっとこの時間が辛かったです。（待ち席での過ごし方にひと工夫あってもいいかなと思います。）
ようやく席に案内されてメニューを見るとパスタにピザ、肉料理などひと通りのイタリアンメニューが揃っていて、地元野菜を使ったものも結構多くありました。
この辺りはうまく構成されていて良いなと感じます。

せっかくなので地元のものをたくさんいただくことにしました。
特に気に入ったのはペペロンチーノと蓼科牛背肉のロースト。
ペペロンチーノはしっかりとした辛味が伝わってくる分かえって野菜の甘みも感じることができてワインとの相性も良かったです。
蓼科牛のローストは脂の少ない背肉、少しの粗塩だけ付けて食べることで素材の美味しさをダイレクトに感じることができました。
その他も大きく外さない感じではありましたが、野菜系で固めてしまったのでオーソドックスなメニューをもう少し入れても良かったかもしれません。
地元素材のものはふた品前後、その他はオーソドックスに選んでみるのがバランス的には良かったかもしれません。
入店まで少し待たされてしまったところ以外は接客も悪いところはありませんでした。
雰囲気もよくカップルや夫婦で訪れてもいいかなと思います。
