I made a reservation and used it while traveling with my family. There seemed to be some empty seats inside the restaurant, but there was a sign at the entrance saying it was fully booked. There were many other people with children in the restaurant, so although it is not a quiet Restaurants, I felt that it was psychologically easier to bring children. The taste of the food is pretty standard, not bad or bad, but considering the location of Old Karuizawa, I think the cost performance is good. The individual staff members were kind and efficient, but they couldn't keep up with the workload, and I felt that they were understaffed. Does the notice posted at the entrance mean that they are limiting the number of reservations because if they fill up, they will never be able to work? Please update the salaries of your current staff.
