何を食べてもハズレなし。名門、藤屋ホテルの直営店

軽井沢アウトレットモールで間違いなく、一番美味しいと思うお店。アウトレットモールはほぼ全店行きましたが、食事は一番美味しいと思います。それもそのはずで、もとは善光寺にある藤屋ホテルさんが経営母体。イタリアンのFujiyaさんはこの間行こうとしたら、その日は結婚式の披露宴につき貸切で断念。有名なイタリアンですが、Fujiyaさん直営のカフェがスイーツ百名店だったり、どこも間違いない味なんです。
こちらは既に5〜6回は来ています。
いつも洋食とチキンカレーのセットを注文するのですが、そのチキンカレーが抜群に美味しいのに、セットだと少量なので、今回はカレー単品を注文しました。
チキンカレーとスープカレーです。
チキンカレーは単品でサラダもつきませんが、スープカレーはサラダとスープが付きます。
チキンカレーは辛さはほぼ感じないバターチキン風のカレー。バターチキン風の独特の味ですが、好みのカレーです。
スープカレーは、札幌の標準的なスープカレーと比べると濃いめの味。美味しいですが、チキンの方が好みでした。
こちらは何も食べても基本ハズレはないので安心して新たなメニューに挑戦できます。食べログ点数3.41ですが、もっと評価されるべきお店だと思います。

オフシーズンの平日は空いてます。先客１組のみでした。
アウトレットでは一番安心して美味しく頂けるお店。カレーが美味しいのですが、洋食も食べたいので、カレーが付くセットをいつも注文してしまいます。今回もまた同じメニューを注文しましたが、変わらず美味しい間違いない洋食です。
