軽井沢アウトレットの味の街にある寿司屋さん。築地虎杖が運営している寿司屋さんのよう。コロナ影響でアウトレットにお客が少ない昨今、お店はどこも空いている。店内は清潔感が漂っていて、お客さんも少ないので全く密ではない。
ランチメニューから海鮮丼をオーダー。丼はわりと小さめで上品。いくら、ボタンエビなどネタはそれなりで悪くはないが、特に値段ほどの特別感は感じない。２１７８円で味噌汁も付いておらず、あおさ汁を２２０円で付けた。ちょっとＣＰが・・・。アウトレットに入っている寿司屋さんじゃ仕方ないのかな。なんで食事はアウトレット価格じゃないんだ（笑）。店員さんも丁寧だし、店は綺麗なんだが、アウトレットに来て和食が好きだから、、で選ぶしかない感じ。
