本日元日、雪国までわざわざ初売りに訪問です。
自宅を7:00に出発して、軽井沢アウトレットモールへ到着が9:00。
モールも、フードコートも、開店時間です。食事時の混雑を避け、到着してすぐにブランチです。
義理の妹親子が食事系を注文し、我々夫妻はビールを一杯ずつ注文です。

牛肉のふわとろオムデミグラス 790円
・信州トマトとベーコンの野菜スープ 600円
・本格キーマカレーの熱々チーズドリア 790円
・クラフトザウルス 600円

3日間煮込んだ牛肉のふわとろオムデミグラスは、一口いただきました。コクのあるデミグラスソースは、少し苦味を遠くに感じるタイプで、ふわふわの卵と相性良いです。
本格キーマカレーの熱々チーズドリアは、その名の通り本格的なスパイシーなカレーです。ご飯が十五穀米であり、ちょっぴりヘルシー。
2022年 初めて口にしたのは、生ビールです！（笑）外は地吹雪！これを眺めて一杯、最高です。
今年も美味しいお酒と料理と、いっぱいいただきましょう！
