ピザが美味しい。特にアスパラのビスマルクが美味しい。生ハムの塩味と熱でとろける感じが良い。生地も薄過ぎないから、玉子が崩れても生地が負けない。トリュフバターがアクセント。
プロシュートとサラミのピザも感じは似ているが、こちらはニンニクがアクセント。
ボンゴレはバターが隠し味かな？スパゲッティが少し太めで小麦の香りが強くて美味しかった。
イカの釜焼きはサイズは小さいが、ワタとニンニクのアクセントが当てに良い。
ラザニアは意外とあっさり。ボリュームは良い。もう少し肉が入っていると嬉しいかな。
ポルチーニのリゾットは味は美味しい。米が生米からではないから、好みが分かれそう。
お値段は軽井沢プライスですが、ピザとスパゲッティが美味しい、本格派の良いお店です。再訪決定。
