3 minutes walk from Karuizawa Station! I visited [Wang Dingqi Karuizawa PSP store]! It is a fried rice specialty store that opened in July 2014 in the food court "Sun and Green Kitchen" in "Karuizawa Shopping Plaza". Founded in Yokohama, in 2013 a "fried rice specialty store" opened in Chinatown, which is the same business type as this restaurant, but perhaps due to the Corona disaster, you can currently enjoy the taste of [Wang Dingki] only in Karuizawa. Isn't it valuable in that sense? Since it is in the food court, it is mainly a free space, so it is casual, but it has an abundant number of seats of 450 seats, and there is also a powder room and a nursing room in the facility, so it is easy to use. It seems to be available in a wide range of situations from lunch to dinner. This time, I ordered "crab ball fried rice" ¥ 1,180 at dinner on the way home from shopping. Fried crab balls are also a signature menu. Fried rice wrapped in an egg like Omelette Rice has an outstanding visual impact! When you scoop it up with astragalus, you will find plenty of moist fried rice with crab meat and green onions inside! The seasoning itself is refreshing, so you can enjoy it while entwining the bean paste on top, but overall I had the impression that it was a well-organized and specialty store! There were other menus that I was interested in, so I would like to visit them when I visit Karuizawa. It was a treat!
