軽井沢へ出掛けたワイフにリクエストしたお店です。
本店が登録されているので、こちらへアップしますが実際に購入したのは近くの「軽井沢発地市庭店」です。
天然にがり＆国産大豆100％使用が売りのお店の黒大豆よせ豆腐は期待が高まります。
直径110mmの容器で驚きの￥420ですからねぇ。
とりあえず庭から大葉＆茗荷の薬味を用意して一口。
「ん？」、旨いんですが想像より大豆の風味を感じられません。
このレベルなら近場のお店でも購入できますね。
本店までわざわざ行かなくてよかったかもです。
