Today we will be shopping at “Karuizawa Prince Shopping Plaza”! Before that, for my filling, I went to Nagakura, a Kamameshi (rice cooked in a pot) Kamameshi (rice cooked in a pot) near the former Karu Ginza that I used to BM. It took about 25 minutes. When I opened the lid, the first thing that hit me was the scent of mitsuba ♬ It stimulated my appetite (^^) And then... when I started eating after leaning into the bowl, the flavor of sea bream followed by the flavor of salmon roe ♫ The scallops and shimeji mushrooms served well, and the rice soaked in the stock was cooked just right. Ah! It was a complete meal. Thank you for the meal. Afterwards, when you go shopping, you can get not only the shirt you want, but also your favorite wine! It was a very good day.
