Today, a cold wave has arrived and it's cold on the terrace, so I went to Karuizawa in search of a restaurant that allows dogs. There were a lot of foreign tourists coming on tour buses, and there were also a lot of people eating soba on the terrace. That's amazing. We went to Kamame Shinagakura, which allows dogs inside. There are several tables inside the store. The restaurant does not have a separate dog-friendly area, so only dogs are welcome. I ordered shrimp scallop kamameshi. You will have to wait a while while the food is cooked. The kamameshi tastes like it's freshly cooked, with the slightly firm rice and the slightly bitter burnt parts. I thought the ingredients could have been a little more NAGANO-like. The sea on the Noto Peninsula was beautiful and Seafood was delicious. It was a quiet place away from the hustle and bustle outside, and the staff were friendly, so it was very comfortable.
