以前いただいたランチが本格的な洋食で大変美味しかったので、今回はディナーに伺う。
前菜に、マリネとリエット、メインにハンバーグと牛バラの赤ワイン煮をオーダー。
マリネは適度な酸味、野菜はしっかりとした歯応えが残っていました。
リエットは肉の旨味が感じられました。
ハンバーグのデミグラスと赤ワイン煮のソースも、正に本格洋食で全てパンにつけていただきました。
観光地の軽井沢ではコスパ抜群。度々お世話になりそうです。
